The Lord is teaching me how to trust Him increasingly more each and every day, and I am so grateful for the lessons. Proverbs Chapter 3, verses 5 through 6 has embedded itself deep down within my soul over the past five years, and God has been helping me understand what it really means to trust Him; to have faith in Him.
What an experience
it is to find yourself in positions and situations where there is no other choice but
to trust God. No other person to run to but Jesus. No other options to choose except
the Holy Spirit. It’s one thing to quote scriptures when there are “props” in
your life, however, It is another thing when
there are none. When if you fall there is no one to catch you but God. There is
nobody who can save you, but Jesus.
To have
faith in God, we must believe and trust that He
can do all things exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ask or think and
that nothing is impossible for Him to do. We must believe and trust that when we
lay all our cares upon Him, He will work
out every situation for our good because
He cares about us. He loves us. Our Heavenly Father is a
good God!
He is a faithful God and gave us His only begotten Son, JESUS, so that we can live in victory. As Believers in the resurrected Christ, we can live a life of righteousness, joy, and peace in the Holy Spirit in this world. Whatever comes our way, we have a blessed assurance that it will be ok. Trust God to work it all out for you. He will. He can, and He’s able.
Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart And do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him, And He will make your paths straight and smooth [removing obstacles that block your way]. (Proverbs 3:5-6/Amplified Bible)Peace & Blessings.
